These records are the
only surviving records of the people burried here there are a number of others
that are unknown.
These records were transcribed by myself from the
site and from a death certificate, held by myself on 19 Sep 2001. The lady Amelia
Hobbs is my Great Grandmother.
This was the earliest cemetary used by the pioneers of Cleveland and Orminston. There were very few burrials there, aprox 25, but is a very important piece of history. It is a testament to the neglect of our heritage for it to be left in such a manner of disregard.
