Saint George Baptist Church Cemetery
Brant County, Ontario, Canada

Contributed by Murray E Fair, July 30, 2001, last edited Jul 22, 2009 [murrayfair@rogers.com]. Total records = 161.

Located on Burt Road, 0.4 km north of Brant Highway # 5. Burt Road is 0.8 km east of St. George, and runs north off of Brant Hwy # 5, in South Dumfries Twsp.

Saint George Baptist Church Cemetery is under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the County of Brant, and inactive.

I walked this cemetery on July 25th, & August 21st, 2001, reading and recording the information from all of the tombstones that could be read. A few stones that, due to time and weather, could not be read. Also, a few have suffered some damage.

    cemetery records

A free online library of cemetery records from thousands of cemeteries across the world, for historical and genealogy research.

    Clear Digital Media, Inc.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
