Caswellboro Cemetery
Stanstead, Stanstead County, Quebec

Contributed by Leslie Nutbrown, Oct 02, 2004, last edited Apr 09, 2007 . Total records = 14.

Location: from the town of Stanstead, take Fairfax Road, then Stage Road, then Smith Road, then Pare Road. It is only a few miles from Stanstead.

This cemetery is situated among farming country and most of the burials are marked by simple stones or slabs without markings. There are no recent burials and less than a dozen headstones.

The Cemetery is a division of Crystal Lake Cemetery Company. It seems to have been used mostly from 1850-1903.

Susan Nutbrown and I made visits to this cemetery on Oct 02, 2004, as we did a complete recording of all existing and legible stones.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
