The cemetery is located on a hill on the east side of Black Fork Creek, approx. one mile south of the entrance to Woolly Hollow State Park on Arkansas 285.

Woolly Cemetery is an old family cemetery in the old Centerville Community in the north central area of Faulkner County.

A census was taken in Nov. 1978 by James Kilduff and family. All the gravesites are covered by a large slab of concrete.
