From Amity, Arkansas go west on Hwy 84 and Hwy 8 for approximately 1.5 miles. The Highway will split. Take Hwy 84W for 2 miles to Moncus Loop. Turn left and go .3 of a mile. The cemetery is located on the left side of the road, about 500 feet in the woods before you come to a pasture.

There are no markings to indicate the cemetery. We were only able to find one gravestone that was readable. The cemetery is grown over with big trees where there used to be many more graves. It has not been maintained for a long time. Trees have grown up around the only grave found.

There use to be a Horn Town many, many, years ago. There has not been a settlement in over 70 years or longer.

Sharon Rodgers and I walked and recorded this cemetery on Feb 02, 2010.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
