There is a fenced Chartin Family area within the cemetery that with the date Aug 22, 1922 at the gate. Inscription on monument inside the gate: erected to the memory of father and mother Mrs. C. Perigot and V. Vaslin grandparents of C & B Perigot may their souls rest in peace. This area houses the town founders & their families, surnames Chartin, Perigot, Vaslin, Gely & Deschatres.
