There is a fenced Chartin Family area within the cemetery that with the date Aug 22, 1922 at the gate. Inscription on monument inside the gate: erected to the memory of father and mother Mrs. C. Perigot and V. Vaslin grandparents of C & B Perigot may their souls rest in peace. This area houses the town founders & their families, surnames Chartin, Perigot, Vaslin, Gely & Deschatres.

Humboldt Unitarian Universalist Church has an area with the cemetery with a walkway and large plaque with the following names:

Lupton family: Burials originally in Pioneer Scottsville cemetery monument: In memory of Lancaster P. Lupton, native of NY, d. Oct 1, 1885 aged 78 years, 10ds. Graduated at West Point July 4, 1829 plaque: erected in 1965 by great grandchildren R.Thomass Holm, Gladys Dow Harsh, Gillis G. Courtright, George D. Courtright, Revis S. Courtright There are more than a dozen unmarked graves, so if you can't find a family member, contact the group that administrates Blue Lake cemetery.
