The cemetery lies inside the grounds of the San Pasqual Elementary School. A total of 27 markers were counted, though there most likely were many more burials. Only two markers have readable inscriptions.

The school is located in the community of San Pasqual on State Highway 78. The cemetery is located adjacent to the parking lot, and is visible from the highway.

The names of Felicita was added to this page on March 4, 2004, on the recommendation of Steve Varner, who verified this person as being buried here via research through the San Diego Historical Society.
