From Lewes Delaware, at Jct. of route 1 & 9, go west on route 9 approx. 100 yards to 1st light. Turn left, go to dead end and turn right on Beaverdam road (Rt. 23). Go approx. 2 mi. & turn left on Kendale road. Take 1st right on Will King road. Follow about 1 mile and Chapel Green Housing Development is on left.

Maps show it just west of Robinsonville DE on Kendale Road, south onto Will King Road for one mile, left onto Aintree Drive, then right onto Autumnwood Way. Bet. #29 & 31 Autumnwood Way.

This cemetery has not been maintained, and it has exceptional massive overgrowth. Two markers found facing down. Only one standing marker.

I visited and walked this cemetery on Aug 01, 2008. This includes all existing and legible stones and markers found at that time plus additions added from a previous 1928 reading.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
