Sept. 1997. Ramsey farm, north of Jesse Purcell Cemetery about 4 miles as the crow flies. Top of hill, fence around several pine trees and two headstones. Ben and a grandson are buried there.

My husband Wm. R. Purcell is a Great great grandson of Jesse Purcell and a Great grandson of Benjamin A. Purcell. We have a great deal of genealogy on these family names, many of whom are in the Jesse Purcell Cemetery, the Bigler Grove Cemetery in Woodbine, Iowa and the Payette Cemetery in Payette, Idaho.
