From Winterset, take Hwy 169 south to G50, St. Charles Road, turn left, go about 10 miles east to Hickory Ridge Road, turn left, go a short distance to Valley View Ave, veer to the right onto Valley View, go to 230th St., turn left, it is almost to Upland Ave, in the field, there is a sign for the cemetery.

As in so many of these old cemeteries there are several unmarked or unreadable grave sites. for these I have checked the birth, marriage, death and cemetery records and two burial indexes for Madison County, Iowa and Social Security records.

This cemetery was originally walked and recorded by Mary Ann Banks & Helen Foreman in 1976, recently walked again by Judy McClure, using her digital camera. I have updated this listing with headstone readings and the above sources, used by permission. This update was completed on Nov 18, 2003.
