To reach cemetery, drive south out of Dorrance on hwy 231
to Grant Rd, where you turn right or west. In just a short distance you
will see the cemetery on the north or right side of the road.
This cemetery is owned and maintained by the City of Dorrance. It is
is in good maintenance and still accepts burials. There are a number
of unmarked graves or graves with markers which are broken.
Arlene White and I transcibed this cemetery from the tombstones and
from a plot map in the sexton's office. We completed our first survey
on May 29, 2003 (added Jun 28, 2003)
