Kelly Howard Cemetery
Garrett, Floyd County, Kentucky

Contributed by Brenda Paynter, Aug 15, 2001, last edited Jul 19, 2009 [teency@onlyinternet.net] Total Records = 15.

The cemetery is located just off of 80 up Rockfork. Leaving Garrett you turn to the right and head up Rockfork. It is located on the right side of the road.

This cemetery belongs to my grandfather's family. (Kelly Howard) All graves are family members with the exception of the Slones listed. There is another cemetery up in the corner. It does not belong to this cemetery. I do not have listings for those graves.

I received the information on Aug 14, 2001. Family members read the tombstones for me and sent the information.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
