From the intersection of Highway 224 (Riverside Road) and Green Manor Road, turn onto Green Manor Road amd go west for .4 miles until you reach 1650 Green Manor Road. The cemetery is on the north side of the road about 40 yards north.

A small family cemetery which is in poor condition. The cemetery has some items in it such as a table. The wooded fence around the cemetery is broken and needs repair. One of the headstones has the top broken off and I could only find one of the pieces. There are only three headstones in the cemetery dating back to 1808.

The Brandt family had a plantation called Greenwich. They were a prominent family in this area from the 1600s until the 1850s. The information I got for this one was from the DAR lisiting of cemeteries in 1940.

I walked and read this cemetery on Aug 13, 2010.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
