From the intersection of Highway 355 (Frederick Road) and Highway 109 (Old One Hundred Road) go west 1 mile until you reach Fire Tower Road turn south and go 1.5 miles on Fire Tower Road. The cemetery is on the south side of the road in the middle of a farmer's field.

The western part of Hyattstown is in Frederick County while the eastern part of Hyattstown is in Montgomery County.

It is a small family cemetery that contains the descendents of the Linthicum-McFresh Families. The earliest headstone was in 1808. Sadly, the cemetery is neglected with broken and fallen headstones plus wild plants and underbrush that is in the cemetery.
