Take 48th street, east out of Fremont, and the cemetery will be on the north side of the road, behind the Newaygo County Medical Facility between Luce and Croswell streets.

This is all that are recorded. It is unknown if there are some unrecorded burials in this cemetery.

This was the County Poor Farm cemetery. They are no longer burying here.
