Greenwell Cemetery (aka White Buck Burial Ground)
Montgomery County, Missouri

The place is a rabbit warren and entry is at risk of life and limb not to mention clothes. The cemetery is in the tall copse of trees behind the hay rolls. Briar and other vines in addition to toppled trees makes passage very difficult. The Sons of Confederate Veterans (James Morgan Utz, Camp 1815) Commander Billy Bowden, have visited it and took this picture.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
