Take hwy 73 west from Albemarle to Mt. Pleasant. At the first stop light take a left on to South Main St. A little way down the road S. Main turns into Mt. Pleasant Rd. Stay on Mt. Pleasant Rd. till you come to a four way intersection. At this intersection you will take a left on to Miami Church Rd. Go to the very end of Miami Church Rd and take a left onto Barrier-Georgeville Rd. There is no street sign here, but as you turn left the cemetery will be on your left up on a very small hill right near the road.
This cemetery is in poor conditon and is not accepting burials that I am aware of. There is a large wooden structure in the middle of the cemetery.
Crystal G. Elliott and I surveyed this cemetery in June of 2003. We transcribed all existing headstones.- Brandy H. HartsellDrye, Homer, b. 6-25-1915, d. 11-27-1917, son of Mr. & Mrs. D.D.Drye
