Dir: From the intersection of Kildaire Farm Rd. (SR 1300) & Dry Ave.,
Cary, (where Cary Elementary School is located) and Academy St. begins,
take Dry Ave. for .15 mi. to Page St. Turn left onto Page St. for
about .10 mi. and it will take you directly into the cemetery.
There are paved roads through the cemetery but no particular
area to park. The cemetery is well maintained. Wake Co. land records
show 4.9 acres, the property owner as "Cary Cemetary", mailing
address "Cemetary St., Cary, NC 27511". The cemetery is in use
and there is room for more burials. The current owner of this
cemetery is the town of Cary, NC.
I am indebted to Mike Mull, for supplying much of the information
that helped me to record this cemetery. I walked the cemetery
and verified the information, added and corrected names and dates
from tombstones where required.
