From Union, go 1 mile west on Highway 34 or O Street until you get
18th Street. Turn and go south on gravel road 1.5. You can see the
cemetery from the road. It is .5 east from the road in a cornfield.
It is a pioneer cemetery that has been kind of neglected. It contains the Dysart and Hoback family members. The
first burial occured in 1857 and it was deeded as a cemetery in 1881.
is a very
interesting cemetery. It has three fences that are inside the main fence.
Occasionally, the cemetery has been cleaned up from time to time.
I walked this cemetery on
Oct 29, 2002.
