This cemetery is in Bergholz NY on the south side of Niagara Road, between Walmore Road and Ward Road (429). (just north of Oppenheim County Park and 2 blocks east of the church.)

This cemetery was established by the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church LCMS, which has been a part of the hamlet of Bergholz since 1843, serving the town of Wheatfield, NY and surrounding communities. It appears the church maintains the cemetery.
