Old Taberg Cemetery
Main St, Annsville, NY

This cemetery is referred to as the Old Taberg Cemetery and is located on upper Main Street in Taberg. In the mid 1800's there was a Presbyterian Society Church located on this site. There are no remains of the building but it appears to have been located in the middle of the cemetery as there are no burials in that area. Recently John & Tammy Burns have been removing brush and trimming the trees around this cemetery and it is now in excellent shape. In addition to the clean up of the grounds they have also cleaned up the stones and made a row by row listing of the burials.

The tombstones in this cemetery were copied by Kathleen Last and Virginia Ackerman on August 25, 1999. In addition to the stones listed below there are many field stones present with no inscriptions.

    cemetery records

A free online library of cemetery records from thousands of cemeteries across the world, for historical and genealogy research.

    Clear Digital Media, Inc.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
