The cemetery is on State Route 821, 1 Mile south of Lower Salem, by the Salem Universalist Church.

I have transcribed from an previous reading done by Arthur McKitrick of Coal Run, Ohio, on Sep 10, 11, 12, & 17, 1970. It was later indexed by Ralph L. Schroeder Marietta, Ohio. This has been recopied with permission, for Washington County, Ohio for a Genealogy Resource in Feb 2003.
