River Hill Cemetery (Outlaw Cemetery)
Catoosa, Rogers County, Oklahoma

Lat: 36° 12' 32"N, Lon: 95° 43' 40"W

Contributed by Charlotte Keen, Jan 15, 2003 [jkeen14660@aol.com]. Total records = 12.

From Catoosa go north on Hwy 66. It is the same exit, as the entrance to Molly's Landing Restaurant. Turn west off of Hwy 66 on Historic Hwy 66, follow the road to the end. It is on private property, and the new owner will not allow entry.

Some of the local people in Rogers County call River Hill Cemetery, Outlaw Cemetery. No one seems to know why.

I walked and recorded the cemetery in July 2002.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
