From Memorial Drive go east on 15th Street. At the end of the road at S 89th Street is the cemetery on the right.
There is a wooden sign painted white with Grayson Cemetery. The cemetery is small but seems to be maintained. There is not a fence or gate.
There is visible damage to some of the stones and a few are just the base with the top missing. Some graves are unmarked.
I walked and transcribed this cemetery on Jan 2, 2003.
