Directions to Cemetery: From the intersection of Adams Ave and Morganza Road in Canonsburg, go straight across RR tracks at light. This is Rt. 980 N. Proceed for approx. 5 miles. You will pass Sherwood Valley Pools on your left. At the crest of the hill you will make a left onto Swihart Rd. After proceeding 4/10 mile, you will see the old Millers Run Church and Cemetery on the right, This is not the Covenanter Cemetery. Proceed another 4/10 mile and make a right onto Brigich Road. Proceed up Brigich for 0.25 miles. Covenanter Cemetery is at the top of the hill on the right and is surrounded by a chain link fence.

Covenanter Cemetery is located on Brigich Road and is the cemetery of the Miller Run Reformed Presbyterian Church. The group was known as Covenanters and is not to be confused with the historic Millers Run Church and Cemetery which is located at the corner of Swihart and Kelso Roads.
Aka: Miller Run Reformed Presbyterian Cemetery located on Brigich Road. For entrance to the cemetery, contact Gina Nestor (724-746-2778) or Elmer Young, who lives across the street from the cemetery and is the caretaker.

Census taken by Gina & Jeff Nestor and Dave and Ginny McCutchan on Mar 20, 1999. Row 1 will be the first row you see when coming up Brigich Road.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
