Forest Glade is south of Mexia. Take Highway 14 south from Mexia, turn right on LCR 466, continue until road ends. Cemetery is located on the property of George Heussner.

I find no history available. The property is owned by George Heussner. The cemetery is fenced and in fair condition. New burials are not allowed.

I walked the cemetery and compiled these records in 1999 from the tombstones readings.
