Hwy 206 and Carroll Lane, King George, Virginia

In King George, from the intersection of Highways 3 and 206, turn on Highway 206 and go north/northeast for 1.5 miles until you see 2 new houses that are being built, (Carroll Lane.) Turn there and go south for .2 miles. The cemetery is on the west side of the road. It is about 50 feet from the road and there is a tall evergreen tree to mark it.

This cemetery is one that is not taken care of. A lot of the markers are concrete slabs with no name or dates. I tried to look up the information but I could not find anything about any in this cemetery.

*Denotes Funeral Home Marker

This includes only headstone and marker readings from my visit to this cemetery on Nov 17, 2004.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
