In Tetotum, from the intersection of Highway 218 and Route 619, go .2 miles northeast on Route 619 until you reach Spy Hill Road. Turn there and go northeast on the dirt road for .4 miles. The cemetery is about 150 yards northwest of the road. It has a black iron fence around it.

A small family cemetery. All of the burials are related to the Garnett Family. The first burial took place in 1863 when Thomas Garnett was killed in the Battle of Chancellorsville.
