From Locust Creek, go west for .3 miles on Highway 33 (Jefferson Highway) until you reach Bethany Church Road (Route 655). Turn onto Bethany Church Road and go north for .8 miles. The cemetery is on the west side of the road.

This is a small, well kept family cemetery. All the burials there are from the Pate Family.

This is all existing stones, from when I visited it on Jul 08, 2011.
