From the intersection of Highways 3 and 205, go southeast on Highway 3 for .25 miles. The cemetery is north side of the road next to the church.

This is a small historic cemetery. Some of the people that are buried here are related to George Washington. Most of the burials occurred between 1828 and 1893.

I visited and read this cemetery on Aug 31, 2004.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
