Farmer Cemetery, aka Happy Home Cemetery, is located 1 mile North of Farmer at the SW corner of the intersection of "One NW" and "C NW" on state highway 129.

From the appearance, the cemetery is about an acre in size. The location of the cemetery on a hill side, facing the west does cause damage to the stones from the dirty and stone that continue to blast the west side of the stones.

One stone was unreadable, and three had to be rubbed. The cemetery had been prepared for Memorial Day and was still in good shape with short cheat grass.

Information for the this work came from the cemetery records and the walk through. I finished walking the cemetery on Jun 23 1998. The sexton files list 2 unknown graves.

Most of the burials have obits on file at the WAGS library in Wenatchee. Any misspelling and wrong dates, please let me know. Thanks.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
