Moose Cemetery

To reach the Moose Cemetery, drive west through Roslyn on Pennsylvania Ave. Continue hanging left till you reach Memorial Road, where you turn left or south. Continue following the road and stay left and you will spot it behind the Veterans Cemetery.

The Moose Lodge started in Roslyn in 1911, with 50 members. In 1931 the lodge merged with the Ellensburg lodge. I have been unable to find a contact person for this small cemetery. It is seemingly abandoned. If not please contact me.

This cemetery lies next to the Veterans Cemetery and across the road from Dr Starkovich #2 Cemetery. See map

I acquired the information I have presented from my own readings and either the city hall or the cemetery sexton, which might include old records.

I surveyed this cemetery on Aug 20, 2001, using pencil and pad, plus my digital camera. I will share photos if I have a good photo of the stone you want. For more information on Roslyn.
