Spring wild flowers in LaFollette Cemetery make it one of the most beautiful in this area. Lupine are common, others adding their color are poppies, tulips, lilacs and iris. America, with her husband Joseph, came to Lincoln County in 1883 and spent their first winter in a dugout.
