To reach the cemetery driving north, turn east on 7th from Hwy
97, which turns into Hospital Way. Then left onto Locust or Cemetery
Way for 1mi. Cemetery at end of road.
This cemetery is owned by the city of Brewster. Managed by the
city council, under which the public works dept. cares for the
cemetery. The cemetery is perpetual care and in very good condition.
For those entries which have an asterisk at the end of the line,
I do not have a photo. It is either because I missed it when I
walked the cemetery or there was no headstone.
I was fortunate to be able to compare my work with the sexton
files. Dates entered in parenthesis came from these records and
were not on the headstone or marker.
I walked and read this cemetery on Jun 22-23, 2003. I use a digital
camera and will share any photo I have with family.
