Location: Highway 78 between Merrimac & Interstate 90/94. Turn south on Indian Farm Road, west side of road across the street from Indian Farm Cemetery.

This cemetery has been known as the Evangelical Cemetery, which means it may have started as a community church cemetery, but I found no history on it. It is also known as the Zastow Cemetery, most likely because the majority of the names buried in it are that.

This is a small and well kept cemetery. I was unable to find out who maintains it. It is still used for burials.

Emily Fichter and Kathy Waddell walked and read this cemetery on Aug 29, 2004. It includes all existing and legible headstone readings.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
