From I-39 in Westfield, proceed east on CTH E 6.9 miles to CTH Y; turn left (north) on CTH Y and go 2.6 miles, site is on west side of road in woods near a farm field entrance.

I have transcribed from my readings, which I took from all known tombstones, on Sep 09, 1997.
