Ware Ridge Cemetery
Valley Head, Randolph County, West Virginia
Lat: 38° 31' 33"N, Lon: 80° 00' 20"W
This cemetery is located south of Valley Head, West Virginia in
Randolph County and is easily accessible. To get there, go south
on US 219 / SR 55 from Valley Head and turn left on Logan Run Rd
(CR 66) and go east 2.1 miles. Cemetery will be located at the intersection
of Logan Run Rd and See Rd (CR 66/2). It is inside a fence area,
situated on a hill, and is well maintained.
Judging from the dates, it started in the early 1800s and is still
active today. Most markers are in good shape. There are a few markers
in front that have no inscriptions.
This is not a complete listing of all of the burials in this cemetery.
