Baptist Burying Ground
Rawdon, Hants County, Nova Scotia, Canada

Contributed by Leslie Nutbrown, Oct 22, 2006. . Total records = 19.

The cemetery is located in the hamlet of Rawdon on Route 14 in Hants County. If heading west, the cemetery will be on your left beside the Rawdon Town Hall.

There are only a handful of stones in this cemetery, and they are almost all legible. The stones date from 1836 but the sign indicates the cemetery was established in 1823.

I read this cemetery on Oct 15, 2006 recording all legible tombstones.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
