To reach this cemetery, take Colborne Street West, aka Hwy 53, west from Brantford to the village of Burford. Just before you reach the main intersection, King Street and Maple Avenue, watch for Holy Trinity Anglican Church on your right, the north side of King Street. The cemetery is located by the church.
This cemetery is under the management of the Holy Trinity Cemetery Board. The cemetery is very well maintained and it is active, accepting new burials. It is operated as a community cemetery. The Board has recently arranged for the installation of what is known as a Memorial (Scattering) Garden, where ashes from a cremation will be scattered when requested.
Holy Trinity Cemetery is sometimes referred to as the Burford Anglican Cemetery or the Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
I walked this cemetery in May & June of 2007, reading and recording the inscription from each tombstone that could be read in order to complete the transcription process.
