Cemetery Background
The town of Saint-Félix-de-Kingsey is situated in farming country in the old Township of Kingsey in Drummond County, now in the MRC of Centre du Québec.
The Catholic Parish here was created in 1842 and served the surrounding community including St-Lucien. Most of the interments are French Canadians but there are quite a few English Catholics buried here also.
Cemetery Records
Records linked below were transcribed from tombstone inscriptions by Leslie and Susan Nutbrown during a visit to the cemetery in 2016. In addition, they include nearly one thousand more burials without monuments found in church records (1842-1940).
