Old Fort Anglican Cemetery
Old Fort, Bonne Esperance, Duplessis, Quebec
Lat: 51° 25 '25", Lon: 57° 49' 28"
Contributed by Charles Gravel, Feb 17, 2006 [charles_gravel@hotmail.com]. Total records = 11.
This cemetery is located in the heart of Old Fort Village, which is the last coastal village that can be reached by driving about 40 miles from Blanc-Sablon on the 138W.
This little cemetery is situated next to the Anglican church and belongs to the church. This cemetery is still in use by people who own a site there, but can not be enlarged. So nowadays both Catholic and Anglican people of Old Fort are buried in Old Fort Cemetery on the hill.
I compiled this transcription in July of 2002.
