To reach this burial site from Gdansk take the E77 West and turn left at Highway 20 Southwest to Koscierzyna. Follow Hwy 20 for 3 miles and turn south to Wdzydze Kiszewskie about 10 miles.
Wdzydze Kiszewskie is located SW of Gdansk, in the District Koscierski, Pomorskie Province, Poland.
Theodora and Izydor Gulgowski, who owned land there, were buried next to Lake Gotun after they died. Their estate was made into an open air Kashubian Ethnographic Park featuring Kashubian architecture with approximately 40 buildings featuring the Kashubian heritage. There is also an Antique church which performs Services, Masses and Weddings on the grounds.
I photographed and transcribed this cemetery in September of 2006.
