This cemetery is in Belgreen, which is near Russelville AL.

This cemetery is in good condition and most of the old markers each have a newer marker placed next to it. Several markers, which are unmarked or unreadable, of slaves lie, just beyond the family plots. It is said that Humphrey's personal servant asked to be buried at the head of his master's grave, which was done.

There are a few unmarked or unreadable stones and unmarked possible gravesites in this cemetery. I have listed some from an earlier reading of this cemetery in the Russellville Library, they are noted with an asterisk *.

I walked and read this cemetery in the fall of 1999.
