To reach the cemetery take Highway 27 South from Burley to Oakley. Turn right on 1300 So. Road, take a right onto 600 West Road about 1/2 mile to 1450 So. Road. Turn right onto 1450 So. There is a Farm Road on right, and the Cemetery is in the field next to this road on the left. Very easily seen.

This was possibly the cemetery for the small town of Island when it began and the town existed. This cemetery is situated just a bit southeast of where Island was, and can be seen on some older maps.

I did not find out who owns and maintains it though I found the cemetery to be in very good condition. Permission should be obtained from land owner to visit the cemetery.
