To reach the cemetery from Malta, Idaho (E. Hwy. 81) heading east to past Bridge, Idaho, turning right onto Strevelle Road, which is a well traveled gravel road. The cemetery is located on a left-hand turn, between Strevelle Road & the turn off to Standrod Road.

Standrod Cemetery is not marked or identified, but there are (2) bright green fence poles with a green painted gate leading into the cemetery itself. One cannot see the cemetery from the Strevelle gravel dirt road.

This is the cemetery for the small community of Stanrod, which is across the state line in Box Elder County, Utah. Standrod Cemetery is in "fair" condition, but is not kept up real well or maintained, and looks as if it is in the middle of a Cow Pasture, even though it is fenced in. The majority of the headstones are older, with a few newer ones added.

Steven Mallory and I visited and transcribed this cemetery from all existing headstones and markers on Apr 28, 2007.
