To reach this cemetery from Martinsville, from Ballinger Road go north on Hwy 39, turn left onto Wilbur Road and continue until you get to a fork in the road. Turn onto Ballinger and go until you get to a little bridge, on the right will be a large house on a hill, turn into the driveway, go past the house and the cemetery is behind the house..

This private family cemetery was established in the 1880s, judging from the death dates, and it is still being used for burial. It is currently owned by my grandparents, Ralph and Virginia Foster. I found the cemetery in fair condition. Only family and close family friends may be buried on the grounds.

On Nov 26, 2009 I transcribed, from tombstones and records in the genealogy department in Martinsville, with permission. This contains all known and visible burials. There may be some unknown burials as there are very few written records of the cemetery.
