Private Cassell Cemetery
Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland

Between Bell Road and Roops Mill Road, narrow dirt and gravel road (one lane) adjacent to Little Pipe Creek. The pull-off for cemetery is small. Both front and back gates are locked. The cemetery is surrounded by rusted metal fence, 2 sides by a large cornfield.

Overall condition of cemetery D-. The cemetery is not overgrown but there are many problems, vandalized, broken stones, open pits over graves, overturned stones, and misplaced stones. A few of the stones are so covered in erosion and mold/fungus that they are completely Illegible.

The Carroll County Historical Society does have a copy of those buried in this cemetery.

Approximate number of unmarked or illegible stones is 16, which were hard to read, if very little info was legible, I will include any other info I could find on stone in "quotes".
