From the intersection of Highways 344 and 6, go west/northwest on Highway 344 for mile until You reach Aspinal Chance Road, turn there and go north for .5 miles until you see a stop sign and a green barn. Turn left into the driveway and park there. The cemetery is 40 feet north of the driveway. It has an iron fence around it.
Hammack is a small family burial site. The cemetery is in fair shape with the owner of the property cleaning it up whenever he can. The cemetery contains stones only for the Hammack Family however, I noticed 4 depressions meaning there could be unmarked graves there.
This includes only headstone readings transcribed from when I visited this cemetery on Apr 09, 2005
