In Faulkner, go 1 mile north/northwest on Highway 301 until you reach Mount Air Road, turn there on gravel road and go about .5 miles. You can see the cemetery from Highway 301. It is about 150 feet from the farmstead.
This is the first time I have seen this one and I usually drive down that way about 3-5 times a month. Anyway, I stopped and took a look at it and decided to read it. Apparently someone is cleaning and fixing it up.
In this one I have also found my oldest orginal headstone dating back to 1740. The cemetery was on land once belonged to the Stone Family. The first burial was recorded in 1740 with the last one in 1878. Records: Robertson, Micheal S., d. 1862, s/o George and Eleanor, Civil War Veteran, Killed in Battle
I visited this cemetery on Aug 16, 2004. This includes all existing and legible headstone and marker readings.
