Located on County Road 9 at the corner of Dempsey Avenue S.W. & 15 Street S.W., 4� miles north of Waverly, Minnesota.

This cemetery is believed to be on a section of property that was first owned by William Eusebe Berthiaume, brother of Francis Xavier Berthiaume. He purchased it from the government back in 1871.�

The first person to be buried here appears to have been a child just a little over 3 months old. His name was Earnest F. Vieau. As of September 2004, the last known person to be buried here was James R. Cronin in September 2002.

This cemetery is maintained by Saint Mary Catholic Church of Waverly, Minnesota.
